Service Description
A supportive 90-minute virtual workshop for girls ages 11–15. Girls will practice expressing their needs, opinions, and concerns clearly and respectfully without becoming aggressive or withdrawing from the conversation. The session includes guided discussion, practical activities, and a printable take-home tool. The Aligned Space is an educational skills program and is not therapy or a crisis service.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Registration closes 24 hours before each workshop. Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours before the session begins. Workshops require a minimum of two registered participants. If a workshop is canceled because minimum enrollment is not met, families may transfer the registration to another available workshop or receive a refund.
