Service Description
A supportive 90-minute virtual workshop for girls ages 11–15. Girls will explore how online comparison can affect confidence and emotions, then create realistic boundaries that make social media use feel healthier and more intentional. The session includes guided discussion, practical activities, and a printable take-home tool. The Aligned Space is an educational skills program and is not therapy or a crisis service.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Registration closes 24 hours before each workshop. Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours before the session begins. Workshops require a minimum of two registered participants. If a workshop is canceled because minimum enrollment is not met, families may transfer the registration to another available workshop or receive a refund.
